It's not the worst place to stay. No bugs, no roaches. Clean rooms. They actually wash sheets and comforters. Staff is friendly price is cheap.
They have most recently redone all the rooms, repainted inside & outside. The management has since cut down the riffraff that use to linger in the back parking lot and by the back door. I am NO stranger to THIS location... as I actually grew up here when it used to be Comfort Inn and Suites when my stepfather used to work there as maintenance it has changed for the better over the years. Me and my son even had to stay there for a few months before I got my apartment on the south side but thanks to HAWC putting us out & a very nice mother of 3 helping us get the room it was better than it use to be. Has plenty of food places within walking distance. I KNOW for certain they've RECENTLY REMODELED bcuz a close friend had stayed here for the weekend for his day & I got to hang out with him, seeing 4 myself the vast improvement!!
The room with the kitchen in it is great with 2 a/c I great to keep it cool it one of the new rooms the front desk workers are great a getting there job done

My family and I have been here for about 2months now and have found this place to be a hidden gem. Rooms are homey. Rather quiet and comfortable. Concession stand in the front for midnight cola and snacks. Several restaurants located within walking distance. Also they have recently fixed the pool. Very reasonable rates. Very affordable. They welcome pets on the 1st floor and keep the common areas clean. I recommend families check it out.
The rooms have roaches and the TV doesn't work out the mircowave or something. Can't get on the second floor at all
The staff at nite is every polite am I go to any extinct to help you when and the maid service is very nice & polite helps when you need it gives you what you need overall it's a very respectful motel.......
It's not a quiet place but it's cheap if you get a week $220 who passing but you do have rude people around there
